Butties Diapers is a baby diaper company in which the band Driveshaft made a commercial with. The band had fallen on bad times, and this was their last resort of receiving attention. In the commercial, the band are in diapers, inside a large crib, with a stuffed polar bear. They sing a different version of their hit song "You All Everybody" called "You All Every Butties". Liam got fired because he had taken so much heroin, that he could not do the take.

In Desmond's flashbacks, the logo of Butties Diapers can be seen in an ad at the football (soccer) match on the television.
