Who she is : Isabel met Jack at the cages at the Hydra. She read his tattoo, and asked if he knew what it met. She was in charge of Juliet's case of Danny's murder. She brought Jack, along with Tom and Juliet to a room, and asked Jack if Juliet asked him to attempt to kill Ben. He lies, but Isabel knows he is. Later, during Juliet's sentencing, Jack and Alex interrupt, with a message from Ben, saying not to kill Juliet, but to mark her. During sunset, she says "He walks among us but he is not one of us", which is what the tattoo says.

After the end of season three, the producer announced that Isabel, along with several more Others died, saying it was "housecleaning". Her cause of death is unknown, but it has been hinted that she could of been one of the Others who died during the camp raid in the season finale.
