The Actor: Neil Hopkins

Biography: Liam Pace is the lead singer of DriveShaft and Charlie's older brother. He became a drug addict while touring with DriveShaft, and as such and through a series of unfortunate events, Liam is directly responsible for Charlie getting hooked on heroin.

Flashback Episode: "Fire + Water", "The Moth", "Greatest Hits."

Who he is: Liam is Charlie's heroin-addicted rock star brother who gives him the "DS" ring for Charlie to pass on to his offspring, since Liam believes Charlie is much more likely to have children. However, Liam does have a wife and daughter eventually. He was in Australia for rehab.
