In Lost: In Hurley's flashbacks in "Numbers", he worked in Mr. Cluck's with his friend, Johnny. The boss wanted Hurley to stop working, because he kept on eating the chicken. Hurley eventually quitafter he won the lottery. In "Tricia Tanaka is Dead", Hurley bought restaurant. Tricia Tanaka, a reporter came to interview him about the restaurant and winning the lottery. Hurley said after winning the lottery, all he had was bad luck. Tricia went into the restaurant, and soon after, a meteorite hit the restaurant, blowing it up and killing Tricia. The former manager, Randy, became the manager of the box company Hurley owned that Locke worked at. In "Flashes Before Your Eyes", an advertisement for Mr. Cluck's was seen on the soccer game Desmond saw in the pub.
