Trivia:

Octagon Global Recruiting

Emails: When signing up, there is a notice that states that you will soon receive an email. That email came on June 19th. This email thanks the people for joining, and reminds them of the recruiting dates, and encourages people to spread the word about Octagon Global Recruiting. The email can be read here.

A second email was sent on July 18th. Hans Van Eeghen claims that he will be there for the launch of the recruiting at Comic-Con, at booth 3529. The email also gives instructions to those people attending Comic-Con, and says an assessment test will be available online starting July 28th. The email can be read here.

The logo at Comic-ConComic-Con: At the Comic-Con, there is a booth, where people can sign up to take a test. When ready, they are allowed to enter an octagon shaped room. Inside the room are cameras on the ceiling, and a set of headphones and a television. There are 8 different test, each with their own name: Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto, Amalthea, Himalia, Elara, and Leda. These are the names of 8 moons of the planet Jupiter. The test consists of a series of bizarre questions, such as "You just took away my child's favorite toy. Why?", and strange images, where they must say the first thing that comes to their mind. After the test is complete, which takes around 5 minutes, they are told if they passed or not. They are told to go to the Lost panel on Saturday, with their test sheet, and an ID card that is given to them. There is a code on the back, which can be entered at Dharmawantsyou.com on July 28th. For people that cannot be at San Diego in person, there will be application forms which can be filled out on that website on that day. The site did go up in the late hours of July 28th, already the 29th in most time zones.
