The Staff serves as the medical facility on the island. The logo is unique to the other logos, because it is the only one with color. The Others used it for the treatment of pregnant women, who will die if the baby was conceived on the island. Claire was taken to the station when she was kidnapped by Ethan. Claire stayed in a nursery, which had a crib and other baby supplies in the room. Alex Rousseau managed to get Claire to escape. Claire returns to the Staff with Kate and Danielle in search for some vaccine, because Claire fears that Aaron is sick. The place was abandoned, and there was no vaccines. Kate found clothes that the Others wore for disguises, and a fake beard Tom wore. Later, Juliet takes Sun to the Staff to find out the Date of Conception of Sun's baby. Behind one of the lockers is a secret room. Juliet says that they take the pregnant women is this room to die. They find out the the baby was conceived on the island, and that Jin is the father. Sun and Juliet exist the station, but Juliet goes back in. She finds the tape recorder and informs Ben when Sun became pregnant. She then stops the recording, and says "I hate you".
